Today Project Management plays a fundamental role in nowadays business environment. There are many tools, techniques and processes that will help you manage your projects more efficiently. However, beside all tools and techniques the success of a project depends on the Project Manager.

Despite meticulous planning and risk-management processes, a Project Manager may encounter, on a near-daily basis, such events as the failure of workers, failure of reached project planning results and etc. In order to deal with such problems Project Manager must constantly understand the general steps that he(she) can take to avoid or minimize these problems.
